Risk Disclaimer & Trading Disclosure
Last updated: February 20, 2026
Important Warning
Trading financial instruments involves significant risk of loss. You could lose some or all of your invested capital. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
1. General Disclaimer
RuleLocked ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") is an educational and informational tool designed to assist users in analyzing financial markets through artificial intelligence and technical analysis methodologies. RuleLocked does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional advice.
Nothing contained on the Platform, including but not limited to AI-generated scores, verdicts, trade suggestions, analysis reports, educational content, blog posts, or any other materials, constitutes a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer by RuleLocked to buy, sell, or hold any security, financial product, financial instrument, or cryptocurrency. No information or material presented on or through the Platform is intended to be and should not be relied upon as investment advice.
All content provided by RuleLocked is for general information and educational purposes only. The information is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or non-infringement.
2. AI Analysis Disclaimer
RuleLocked utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to analyze chart patterns, technical indicators, price action, and other market data. Users must understand and acknowledge the following regarding AI-generated outputs:
- AI-generated scores, verdicts, trade setups, and suggestions are algorithmic outputs based on pattern recognition, not predictions, forecasts, or guarantees of future market movements. They represent the AI model's assessment of technical alignment at a specific point in time and should never be interpreted as certainty of any outcome.
- A high score or favorable verdict does not mean a trade will be profitable. Scores represent the AI's assessment of how well current technical conditions align with historical patterns, not the probability of profit. A score of 85/100 does not mean there is an 85% chance of success.
- AI models are trained on historical data and may not account for unprecedented events, black swan scenarios, sudden news catalysts, flash crashes, market manipulation, or other extraordinary circumstances that can dramatically affect market conditions.
- Technical analysis, upon which the AI's outputs are primarily based, is inherently backward-looking. Past patterns do not guarantee future repetition. Markets evolve, and strategies that worked historically may fail under new conditions.
- The AI may produce errors, inaccurate analyses, or contradictory signals. No AI system is infallible. Users should never rely solely on AI outputs for making trading decisions.
- AI models may be subject to biases inherent in their training data, including survivorship bias, look-ahead bias, and overfitting. These biases can lead to misleading outputs that do not accurately reflect real-world trading conditions.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Past performance, including historical AI scores and prior analyses, is not indicative of future results. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those discussed, shown, or implied on the Platform.
No trading system, strategy, methodology, or artificial intelligence tool can guarantee profits or eliminate the risk of loss. All trading strategies, including those informed by AI-generated analysis, carry risk and may result in partial or total loss of capital.
Markets are inherently unpredictable, and they can and will move against any analysis, regardless of how well-constructed or data-driven that analysis may be. There is always a substantial risk of loss associated with trading financial instruments. You should therefore carefully consider whether such trading is suitable for you in light of your financial condition.
Any testimonials, case studies, or performance metrics displayed on the Platform are not representative of all users and do not guarantee that you will experience similar results. Individual results will vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to market conditions, timing, capital, risk management, and individual trading skill.
4. Risk of Loss
Trading in financial instruments is speculative in nature and involves a high degree of risk. Users should be fully aware of the following risks before engaging in any trading activity:
- Forex Trading: Foreign exchange trading carries a high level of risk due to the volatility of currency markets, the use of leverage, and the impact of geopolitical and macroeconomic events. The majority of retail forex traders lose money.
- Cryptocurrency Trading: Cryptocurrency markets are extremely volatile and largely unregulated. Prices can fluctuate dramatically within minutes. Exchange hacks, smart contract vulnerabilities, regulatory crackdowns, and project failures can result in total loss of invested capital.
- Stock and Equity Trading: Stock prices are subject to market risk, company-specific risk, sector risk, and broader economic conditions. Unexpected earnings reports, management changes, regulatory actions, and macroeconomic shifts can cause significant price movements.
- Options Trading: Options involve unique risks including time decay (theta), volatility risk (vega), and the potential for total loss of premium paid. Writing (selling) options can expose the seller to theoretically unlimited losses.
- Futures Trading: Futures contracts involve leverage and margin requirements. Losses can exceed initial margin deposits. Futures prices are subject to gap risk and limit moves that may prevent timely exit from positions.
- Leveraged Products: Trading on margin or with leverage amplifies both potential gains and potential losses. Leveraged trading can result in losses that exceed your initial deposit. Margin calls may require you to deposit additional funds on short notice, and failure to do so may result in forced liquidation of your positions at unfavorable prices.
- Volatile and Unpredictable Markets: Financial markets are inherently volatile and unpredictable. Flash crashes, liquidity crises, and other sudden market events can cause prices to move dramatically and without warning.
- High-Probability Setups Can Fail: Even trade setups that appear to have a high probability of success based on technical analysis or AI assessment can and do result in losses. No setup is guaranteed to succeed.
- Consecutive Losses: Drawdowns and consecutive losing trades are a normal and expected part of trading. Even profitable trading systems experience extended periods of losses. Users must be financially and psychologically prepared for this reality.
- Total Account Loss: The risk of losing your entire trading account balance exists. In some cases, particularly with leveraged products, you may owe more than your initial investment. You should only trade with capital that you can afford to lose entirely without affecting your financial security or lifestyle.

By using RuleLocked, you expressly acknowledge, agree, and understand that you are solely and entirely responsible for:
- Your own trading decisions: Any and all decisions to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any financial instrument are your decision alone. RuleLocked does not make trading decisions on your behalf, and no AI-generated output should be interpreted as a directive or instruction to execute any trade.
- Conducting your own due diligence: You are responsible for performing your own independent research, analysis, and verification of any information provided by the Platform before making any financial decisions. AI-generated analysis should be one of many inputs in your decision-making process, not the sole basis for any trade.
- Managing your own risk: You are responsible for implementing appropriate risk management strategies, including but not limited to setting stop-loss orders, managing position sizes, maintaining adequate margin, diversifying your portfolio, and ensuring that no single trade or series of trades can jeopardize your overall financial stability.
- Consulting qualified professionals: You should consult with a qualified, licensed financial advisor, tax professional, or legal counsel before making any investment or trading decisions. This is especially important if you are new to trading or are considering trading with significant capital.
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform and your trading activities comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to securities laws, tax laws, anti-money laundering regulations, and any licensing requirements.
- Evaluating your financial situation: You should carefully evaluate your financial circumstances, risk tolerance, investment experience, and investment objectives before engaging in any trading activity. Trading is not suitable for all investors.
7. Third-Party Content
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, references to third-party products or services, integrations with third-party platforms, or content created or provided by third parties. Such third-party content, links, or references are provided solely for convenience and informational purposes.

Your interaction with any third-party website, service, or platform is governed solely by that third party's terms and policies. RuleLocked assumes no responsibility or liability for the practices, content, or privacy policies of any third-party sites or services.
8. Hypothetical Performance Disclaimer
Any examples of trades, AI scores, trade setups, performance metrics, win rates, profit and loss figures, or outcomes shown, referenced, or implied on the Platform are hypothetical or illustrative in nature. They do not represent actual trading results, actual trades executed in real markets, or real money performance unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. In fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading system or methodology.
One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk in actual trading. For example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results.
There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results, all of which can adversely affect actual trading results. RuleLocked makes no representation or warranty that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to any hypothetical results shown.
9. Regulatory Compliance
RuleLocked makes no representations, warranties, or assurances regarding the legality, regulatory status, or permissibility of its services, features, or content in any jurisdiction. The availability of RuleLocked in any location does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or invitation to use the Platform where such use would be contrary to local laws or regulations.
Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform and their trading activities comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in their jurisdiction. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring compliance with securities regulations, tax obligations, anti-money laundering requirements, and any other applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
RuleLocked reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform for users in any jurisdiction where such use would violate applicable laws or regulations, or where RuleLocked determines that continued service would be impractical or inadvisable for legal or regulatory reasons.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RuleLocked, its owners, operators, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, trading losses, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of or inability to use the Platform
- Any AI-generated analysis, score, verdict, or suggestion
- Any trading decisions made based on information from the Platform
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content
- Any third-party content, links, or services
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform
This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, warranty, or otherwise, and even if RuleLocked has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RuleLocked, its owners, operators, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your trading activities, your violation of this Disclaimer or any applicable law, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Changes to This Disclaimer
RuleLocked reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Disclaimer at any time and without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Disclaimer. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
